Wilson Ivanova Certified Public Accountants, Inc. (WICPAS) is a growing firm seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. Successful candidates will have 5+ years tax experience in public accounting and have their CPA license.&nbsp;Master of Science in Taxation (MST) is preferred, but not required. We are known for our expertise in manufacturing, construction, logistics, and distribution. We pride ourselves in being part of our clients teams and a trusted advisor. If you enjoy working with closely held businesses and their owners and providing a consultative approach, this could be the position for you. As a Tax Manager, you will work closely with the firm partners to assist in managing all tax compliance areas of the office. You will be responsible for the preparation and review of simple to complex tax returns and workpapers for both individuals and entities (C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships), conducting tax research, management of associates and workflow, training and mentoring staff, and interact with clients on day-to-day tax matters. Knowledge in Mergers and Acquisitions and/or multi-state tax compliance is preferred, but not required.&nbsp; WICPAS offers an excellent benefit package including paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
